Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours if not active yet.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Mavoli.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Mavoli.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Orders cancelled after 24 Hours will incur a 10 USD cancellation charge due to our costs in fulfilling your order. Order cancelled within 24 hours will not incur a cancellation charge.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We have several warehouse location where the products are stored and shipped to the customers. Some Products may have FREE SHIPPING regardless of the price and this will be shown on the product page.

Lingerie, Harness and All Products Intented for Adult Fun
Due to hygene reasons, all products in Lingerie, Fantasy, Harness and Adult Fun categories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to our worldwide low-cost fast delivery shipping policy, we cannot offer free returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), lingerie, harness, adult fun products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
