Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mavoli.com is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All additional fees that may be incurred during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages During Shipping
Mavoli.com is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Remember to save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required for the claims process.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled within 24 hours will not incur a cancellation fee. However, orders canceled after this 24-hour period will be subject to a $10 cancellation charge to cover order processing costs.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene considerations, all lingerie, harness, and products intended for adult use are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before placing an order.
General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, items must be:
- In the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs due to our commitment to low-cost worldwide shipping. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom orders, personalized items, lingerie, harnesses, adult-use products, and personal care goods. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to initiate a return for the original item, then place a new order for your desired product.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
